At Avenore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
15-Day Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
After 15 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original condition
- The product should not be damaged due to misuse
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- You received a wrong item
- The product is defective or damaged
- You want a different size (if applicable and available)
If the requested item is not available, a refund may be offered instead.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or agreed alternative.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost.
- In other cases, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
